Manali to leh Safari - dirve through the roof of the world

If u are looking for excitement of pure downhill, day after day through ever changing scenery, the Leh to Manali traverse is hard to beat. This 500 kms stunning jeep safari will be a matchless experience. Driving through the world's highest altitude road maintained by defence services we will not only cross high ridges and passes but also observe assimilation of culture and environment. In the series of high passes we will cross Tanglang La at 5280 metres, second highest road pass in the world. One must be aware of the altitude and its effects, and hence we provide special attentions to comfort and safety. Thus we keep few days for acclimatization giving us chance to explore surrounding areas of Leh including places of religious and cultural interest. The shortest period in which it is possible to successfully complete the trip is approx.3 weeks, which will depend upon number of side trips. The capped peaks with a clear blue sky backdrop offer a wonderfull ,pure environment for the kyang(wild horse),wolf ,mountain hare.
